Communal Tea Ceremonies

Drinking Tea in this way is heart opening. It helps individuals slow down and return to a place of stillness and rest and to reconnect to the natural cycles and rhythms of life. Tea in ceremony helps to reduce anxiety, stimulates creativity, boosts the body's natural ability to heal, aids in digestion, has been proven to have anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and anti-viral effects – along with many other health benefits. 

YOGA

This class is designed for new yogis looking to learn the basics and seasoned practitioners seeking a refresher or anyone in general who wants to start their day off with right!  This class will help to establish a strong foundation in your yoga practice. We offer modifications, breath awareness, and alignment instruction in a warm environment to elevate your yoga experience. Reconnect to your body with a clear and focused mind to create a platform for transformation according to your needs. Open to all levels. 

Sound Baths

Using both gongs and therapy grade Himalayan singing bowls we will use sound to create space for a deep meditative state helping to promote relaxation. Within this relaxed state attendees report an array of outcomes ranging from deep sleep to a flood of inspired and creative thought.

SELF CARE

This workshop’s focus is on defining self-care helping you to build a solid self-care practice that gives you optimal energy. Throughout this series you will learn about caring for your roots, managing your energy and stress for self-care, gratitude, and aligning your self-care with your goals. With each workshop, you will also be given a set of take-home tools to use. While it is helpful to attend each week, you can still join in at any point of the series.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful combination of techniques that consciously control your breath in order to direct & channel your energy. Practiced either seated or reclined, the classes involve slowing the breath down, speeding it up, retaining the breath for given durations to help achieve a desired result. Depending on the practice, breathwork can leave you feeling energized, focused, calm, relaxed, or ready for sleep.

Our movement classes are designed to improve functional fitness, facilitate personal growth, and foster self awareness through a blending of ancient wisdom and modern techniques. Our heart based instructors create a safe space for all and believe that movement can help restore the body, ease the mind and promote wellbeing.
